We believe when businesses are started by individuals it blesses the family. It also blesses the broader community as you grow your business because you’re providing jobs and opportunities for people and that’s what we want to see long-term. We want to see the community flourish and what is our motivation? Our motivation is Christ. We are unapologetic about that. That motivates everything that we do and so because of Christ and because of what God did we get the opportunity to serve. That’s what we do at HUSTLE PHX, we serve people. I started HUSTLE PHX back in 2012. I’ve had the idea for a long time and I remember when I was 17 years old in inner-city Los Angeles and all my friends in our neighborhood joined the local gang and started selling illegal drugs. That’s when I knew this is not the way it’s supposed to be.
We started HUSTLE PHX three and a half years ago with six people in a room. To date, just this year we’ve served close to 70 entrepreneurs so God has done an amazing thing and it’s only because of you. There are three phases to business ideation, validation, and execution and at HUSTLE PHX 101 we go through that ideation process and how to really refine the idea to help you understand how to start your business. In HUSTLE PHX 202 we really focus on validation. How do we get people around you to help validate the idea and start to create a business that also creates income for yourself and your family? Execution is the last phase and that’s HUSTLE PHX 303. We’ve already had the idea, the ideas already been validated so how do we execute it and make that idea grow.
The difference between wealth and poverty is relationships so HUSTLE PHX is all about relationships. We want to help our entrepreneurs be connected. The only way to get this done is with the help of volunteers. People that understand the need and say listen, I have skills and abilities and I want to serve. That’s why we need people like lawyers and bankers or people in sales and marketing operations to really walk alongside these entrepreneurs and help them grow.
