Join us for the Hustle PHX Facilitator Training, where you’ll be equipped with the tools and knowledge to help empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. This training is for individuals who are passionate about mentoring and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities.

At Hustle PHX, we believe in building strong communities by offering training, mentorship, and access to capital for those who need it the most. Our mission is to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills they need to create sustainable businesses that will uplift their families and communities.

Role of a Facilitator:

As a Hustle PHX Facilitator, you will:

• Lead small group discussions with entrepreneurs and help them navigate the process of starting and growing their business.
• Provide mentorship and practical advice on business planning, marketing, sales, operations, and more.
• Help students identify their “why” and guide them through the self-reflection process of business strategy.
• Be part of a larger community of volunteers dedicated to giving back and making a positive impact.
